ZahidTech Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy and operational security of our clients. This policy details how we handle the highly sensitive personal and technical information collected during the provision of IT services and solutions.
Information Collected
We collect essential client identification data (names, titles, contact details) and mission-critical technical data, including server access credentials, network infrastructure details, software licenses, and IT configuration specifics.
Primary Use of Data
The collected information is strictly used for the execution of contracted services, system monitoring, proactive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, billing, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Confidentiality Mandate
All client operational data and technical blueprints are treated as proprietary business secrets. Access is governed by strict internal confidentiality protocols and is restricted solely to the ZahidTech team members directly involved in the client’s support or project.
Security of Credentials
Client credentials and sensitive access keys are stored using encrypted, industry-standard password management systems. They are never saved locally on unencrypted devices or shared through insecure communication channels.
Data Sharing Limitations
We do not sell or rent client data for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with pre-approved third parties (e.g., cloud providers, specialized vendors) necessary for service delivery, and only under formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Monitoring Data Collection
For Managed IT Services, monitoring tools gather system performance logs, error reports, and security alerts. This monitoring data is solely used to identify system bottlenecks or vulnerabilities and is not used to monitor employee activity.
Data Ownership
The client retains full ownership of all their organizational data, intellectual property, and system configurations handled by ZahidTech Solutions during the engagement.
Data Retention and Disposal
Upon formal termination of a service contract, ZahidTech retains project archives and administrative logs for a maximum of six months to fulfill warranty obligations, after which all access credentials and sensitive operational data are securely destroyed.
User Rights
Clients have the right to request access to the personal data we maintain about them, request corrections, and demand the full secure deletion of their data upon contract completion (subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations).
Security Incident Protocol
In the event of a confirmed data breach or security incident involving client information, ZahidTech Solutions commits to informing the affected client immediately and taking all necessary corrective actions as per the agreed-upon security protocol.
