As we deal with intangible IT services, this protocol outlines the methodology for the secure digital “delivery” of our expertise, support, and final digital assets, replacing conventional shipping details.

Digital Delivery Channels
 
All finalized deliverables (code, reports, documentation, schemas) will be delivered through secure, client-specific digital channels, such as encrypted file transfer portals, secure cloud drives, or private code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).

Project Start (Initial Delivery)
 
The initial “delivery” of the service is marked by the mandatory Project Kick-off Meeting, where the scope is formalized, key personnel are introduced, communication protocols are established, and ZahidTech is granted secure, temporary access to necessary systems.

Code and IP Transfer
 
Custom software source code and relevant intellectual property (IP) are transferred upon receipt of the final payment via granting the client full administrative ownership of the designated, secure code repository.

Support Delivery Measurement
 
Managed IT Support services are delivered continuously and measured against the Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics, specifically focusing on ticket creation response time, resolution time, and system uptime targets.

Consulting Deliverable Acceptance
 
Strategic consulting reports, security audits, and architectural designs are delivered as final digital documents (e.g., PDF) and require a formal email acceptance by the client within 5 business days of receipt.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 
For all development projects, final system delivery is conditional upon the client successfully completing the UAT phase, verifying that the solution meets all defined functional requirements.

Training and Documentation Handover
 
Comprehensive training materials and system documentation are delivered digitally as the last project milestone, ensuring the client’s team is ready to fully utilize the new system upon launch.

Post-Deployment Warranty
 
A standard 90-day bug-fix warranty is provided for all custom development projects, commencing from the date of final client acceptance, ensuring quality “delivery” and function.

Credential Handover
 
All new or updated administrative access credentials created during the service period are securely transferred to the client’s designated System Administrator during the project closing meeting.

Delivery of Time & Material
 
For ongoing maintenance or consulting billed by the hour, the delivery is verified by the submission of detailed bi-weekly or monthly time sheets specifying the tasks completed during that period.
